Our Role at Your Site:
Regional Fuels serves as your strategic partner, delivering oversight, resources, and expertise to strengthen day-to-day fuel operations and long-term mission success. Specifically, we:
• Assist and advise in fuels operations through technical and operational subject matter expertise.
• Provide engineering and system support for fuel infrastructure and modernization initiatives.
• Coordinate and guide short- and long-term infrastructure improvements aligned with mission needs.
• Oversee quality and compliance through site visits, inspections, and performance surveillance.
• Recruit, hire, train, and retain a skilled and capable fuels workforce.
• Leverage data and metrics to support informed decision-making.
• Foster external partnerships to align efforts across CNIC, DLA, NAVFAC, and operational units.
• Remove or mitigate barriers that impact performance, safety, or compliance.
• Support contingency operations through coordinated regional-level action.
