Voluntary Education/Navy College Program Overview 

Commander, Navy Region Southeast (CNRSE) provides Voluntary Education (VolEd) programs and services at installations throughout the region.  The programs are managed by the VolEd region advisors (RAs), who also serve CNRSE as VolEd advisors and as liaisons with academic institutions on behalf of the region commander and/or installation commanding officers. 

Voluntary Education Programs by Installation 

Installation COs/XOs/CMCs, command leaders, and ESOs/NCs may contact the responsible regional advisor for assistance with any VolEd matter or school, either on board or visiting.

All eligible academic institutions can participate in installation counseling visits and education fairs after successful registration through the AI Portal.
