Personnel requesting unescorted access to NCBC Gulfport must first have a sponsor.  The sponsor will need a letter from their requesting unescorted access and stating the purpose and length of the visit. The background form for the person who would be receiving unescorted access can be obtained from Pass and ID.

Once the request has been approved, the sponsor will be given the "Application for Access."  This application must be filled out and faxed/sent by encrypted e-mail/dropped off at least 3 days in advance of the visit.

If the background check is favorable, unescorted access will be granted for the approved period. 

(Exception:  If remaining in housing for more than 30 days, approval must be obtained from Balfour Beatty prior to submitting the Application for Access).
