E4/below are required to check out/in on leave in person at the Quarterdeck, E5/above are authorized to call the Quarterdeck to check out/in.
E5/below traveling by Privately Owned Vehicle (POV) over 350 miles (one way) while on leave or liberty status, must submit a TRiPS (Travel Risk Planning System) itinerary sheet. TRiPS itinerary will not be used to deny leave or liberty.
Navy Family Accountability Assessment System (NFAAS):
In the event of Catastrophic Disaster. all Active Duty, Reserve, Civilian Employees and their family members are required to log in to NFAAS website and update their current status. Web Site Link https://navyfamily.navy.mil
