
Instructions are up for review every month. An e-mail will be sent to all departments asking them to pick-up and review relevant instructions. If cancelled, updated, or consolidated with another instruction, annotate the change on the Summary of Action block (memo attached with the instruction). All changes should be annotated and the pages affected. Instructions need to be returned to the Administration Department within 6 weeks with the memorandum and the instruction saved on a disk in a Microsoft Word format.
