Customer Service Department

Customer Service Desk (CSD) Meridian is dedicated to providing superior customer service for its customers. As part of the Personnel Support Detachment Pensacola, CSD is responsible for supporting approximately 7,000 Naval personnel and their families.

CSD Meridian offers a variety of services including ID card services for active duty service members, dependents, retirees, DoD civilians and government contractors; and transportation services for Permanent Change of Station (PCS), government travel, and departing students.

In addition to serving students at the three customer commands, CSD personnel are available to assist any customer in any way necessary. Our goal is to provide timely and quality customer service to everyone. For more information, please call CSD Meridian at (601) 679-3129.

Hours of operation
CSD is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 3:30 p.m.
