Captain Brian A. Binder is a native of Bordentown, New Jersey. He graduated with honors from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. He earned his Executive Masters in Business Administration from the Naval Post Graduate School in Monterey, California. He was designated a Naval Aviator in April 2000.

Commander Collin Wynter

Executive Officer, NS Mayport

Commander Collin Armstrong Wynter graduated from Officer Candidate School in 1996. He enlisted in the Navy in 1988, serving in USS Flying Fish (SSN 673) and Submarine Training Facility, Norfolk Virginia, before his commissioning via the Seaman to Admiral Program.

CMDCM Christopher Fitzerald

Command Master Chief, NS Mayport

Master Chief Chris Fitzgerald is a native of Jacksonville, NC. He enlisted in the Navy in April of 1993 as a Ship's Serviceman. He attended Recruit Training Command in Great Lakes, IL, followed by SH "A" School in Meridian, MS.
