Captain Elizabeth Regoli

Commanding Officer, NAS Key West
A native of San Jose, California, Capt. Elizabeth “Beth” Regoli graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics. She holds a Master of Science in Global Leadership from the University of San Diego’s School of Business Administration as well as a Master of Arts in National Security and Strategic Studies from the Naval War College in Newport, Rhode Island.
Commander James Brownlee

Executive Officer, NAS Key West
Cmdr. James "Jim" Brownlee is a native of Upper Black Eddy, Pennsylvania, where he graduated from Palisades Senior High School. He then graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor of Science in Airway Science Management. Following graduation, Brownlee joined the U.S. Navy and attended Officer Candidate School at Naval Air Station Pensacola, Florida.

Command Master Chief, NAS Key West
Command Master Chief Jessee Hess was born and raised in Fort Wayne, Indiana, and reported for active duty at Recruit Training Command Orlando, Florida, in August 1993. After completing boot camp, he reported to Cryptologic Technician Technical ‘A’ School at Naval Technical Training Center Corry Station in Pensacola, Florida, and then attended Classic Wizzard ‘C’ School at Naval Security Group Activity Winter Harbor, Maine.
