Mission:
Navy Region Southeast Fuels (N38) exists to perpetuate success and sustain warfighter readiness from the shore by providing operational guidance, infrastructure support, and petroleum management oversight ensuring fuel readiness across the enterprise.

Our Role at Your Site:
Regional Fuels serves as your strategic partner, delivering oversight, resources, and expertise to strengthen day-to-day fuel operations and long-term mission success. Specifically, we:
•              Assist and advise in fuels operations through technical and operational subject matter expertise.
•              Provide engineering and system support for fuel infrastructure and modernization initiatives.
•              Coordinate and guide short- and long-term infrastructure improvements aligned with mission needs.
•              Oversee quality and compliance through site visits, inspections, and performance surveillance.
•              Recruit, hire, train, and retain a skilled and capable fuels workforce.
•              Leverage data and metrics to support informed decision-making.
•              Foster external partnerships to align efforts across CNIC, DLA, NAVFAC, and operational units.
•              Remove or mitigate barriers that impact performance, safety, or compliance.
•              Support contingency operations through coordinated regional-level action.
