Lt. Zane P. Ingram

LT Zane P. Ingram, a native of Phoenix, Arizona, graduated from Basic Training at Recruit Training Command, Great Lakes, Illinois, in August 2007. In 2017, he was commissioned as a Naval Officer through the Limited Duty Officer program.
Upon being designated as a Yeoman, he began his career at Naval Mobile Construction Battalion FOUR where he deployed to Kuwait in support Operation IRAQI FREEDOM and then to Afghanistan in support of Operation ENDURING FREEDOM.
For his first shore tour, he reported to Navy International Programs Office, where he served as the enlisted staff Leading Petty Officer as well as Flag Writer to RADM Joseph Rixey and RADM James Shannon.
Ingram later reported aboard USS PORT ROYAL (CG 73) where he served as the Ship’s Secretary and Departmental Leading Petty Officer. During his tour, PORT ROYAL executed its first Board of Inspection and Survey in 10 years and subsequently deployed to the SEVENTH and FIFTH Fleet areas of responsibility. He was later selected as the 2016 Senior Sailor of the Year as well as for a commission as a Limited Duty Officer.
Following his commissioning, Ingram joined the Seahawks of HSM-41 as the Administrative Officer and Assistant Administrative Department Head. During his tour, he was selected as HSM-41’s 2020 Officer of the Year.
Subsequently, he reported to Pre-Commissioning Unit JOHN F. KENNEDY (CVN 79) where he served as the Ship’s Secretary, Personnel Officer, and Education Services Officer.
He currently serves as the Executive Officer of Transient Personnel Unit and Pre-Trial Confinement Facility Jacksonville, FL.
His decorations include the Navy and Marine Corps Commendation Medal (4), Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal (3), Army Achievement Medal, and various unit commendations and service/campaign medals.
