REGIONAL SUPPORT CENTER JACKSONVILLE

Building 789 at the corner of Child Street and Birmingham Avenue aboard NAS Jacksonville houses multiple entities that deliver support services to the Fleet.
Regional Support Center Jacksonville provides dedicated training and support services to Command Pay & Personnel Administrators (CPPAs) in order to submit processing requests for Navy Pay and Personnel entitlements impacting approximately 43,000 personnel both locally and throughout the Southeast Region. NAS Jacksonville’s ID Card Office issues ID Cards to eligible servicemembers, employees, and dependents. Navy Passenger Transportation Office provides official government no-fee Passport services and processes travel booking for personnel travelling on orders.
