The Morale, Welfare and Recreation Department is an integral part of Naval Air Station Jacksonville and offers the following services: auto skills center, bowling, fishing, flying club, golf, Community Recreation Tickets and Travel Program (formerly ITT), marina, outdoor recreation, parks and picnics, recycling and a skeet range. The Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Administrative Offices are located in Building 1 on Langley Street between Yorktown and Saratoga Avenues.

Authorized Patrons
Personnel authorized to use Morale, Welfare and Recreation activities include active duty members and their families, reserve members, retired military personnel and their dependents, Medal of Honor recipients and their surviving spouses and family members, un-remarried surviving spouses of retired military personnel and their family members, academy midshipmen and cadets, ROTC cadets when on active duty during college vacation, drilling members of reserve components and dependents. NAS Jax Department of Defense and NAF employees and their families are also authorized. For more information on retired Department of Defense and NAF use in specific cases, call 542-3111.

The Fleet and Family Readiness Division offers a wide variety of dining facilities and a full array of catering services for any type of special event. NAS Jax facilities include Dewey's, Flight Line Cafe (The Galley), Mulligan's Restaurant and Bar, Gutterball Grill, River Cove Catering and Conference Center, CPO Club and the T-Bar.
