Promoting continuity between patient, doctors, and military or community resources.
Society Visiting Nurses can address questions about postpartum or newborn care; post surgical follow up care; on-going medical conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, respiratory conditions etc.

Volunteers:
Programs and services are provided by a dedicated staff of employees and volunteers. Volunteers receive specific training and tools to provide service to our clients. Our volunteers are reimbursed for mileage and childcare.
