Driving Directions

Naval Support Activity Mid-South is located about 10 miles north of Memphis and 7 miles east of the Mississippi River. The entrances to the base are along the Navy Road on the east side of Millington and Singleton Parkway from Memphis. There are three entrances to the North side from Navy Road: Willis Gate, Harrison Gate and Bonney Gate. The South side also has three entrances: Astoria Ave., Kinser Gate and Brown Gate. Singleton Parkway enters the South side through the Singleton Gate. Willis Gate on Navy Road is generally open 24/7. Singleton Gate is open for normal business hours. All other gates are open as ncessary for specific installation operations. 

 

Highway 51 from the North (Dyersburg, TN):

Driving on Highway 51 from the North enter the city of Millington.

Continue to Navy Road turn left (East).

The Navy base is located less than a mile after the railroad tracks.

The South side is on the right and the North side is to the left of Navy Road.

 

Interstate 40 from the east (Nashville, TN):

Driving on Interstate 40 from the East take the Paul Barrett Parkway (Hwy 385) exit.

Continue on Paul Barrett Parkway to the Singleton Parkway exit.

Turn right on Singleton Parkway and the base is just ahead.

 

Driving on Interstate 40 or Interstate 55 from the west (Arkansas):

Interstate 40 and Interstate 55 merge in West Memphis, AR.

At this point continue to Memphis on Interstate 40 (Nashville).

Take the North portion of the Memphis beltway Interstate 40/240 (Nashville).

Take the Austin Peay/Jackson Ave. exit (exit 8A).

Continue along Austin Peay (Interstate 14) to Singleton Parkway.

Turn left on Singleton Parkway and take this to NAVSUPPACT Mid-South.

 

Driving on Interstate 55 from the south (Mississippi):

Driving on Interstate 55 from the South, turn right on Interstate 240 (Nashville).

Take Interstate 240 (Nashville) to the Interstate 40 intersection.

Continue on Interstate 40/240 (Little Rock) it becomes the North portion of the Memphis beltway.

Take the Covington Pike exit (exit 10), bear to the right (North).

Continue along this road to NAVSUPPACT Mid-South, as Covington Pike becomes Singleton Parkway.
