REGIONAL SUPPORT CENTER PENSACOLA

Regional Support Center & ID Card Lab

Regional Support Centers (RSC) provide for an effectively trained and qualified Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA) workforce that is fully able to complete pay and personnel functions required for each Sailor.
RSCs are regional offices that provide field-level non-transactional services to customer commands and their CPPAs. RSCs ensure the effectiveness of the NPPSC pay and personnel processing workflow by providing relevant and effective CPPA training through a robust and dynamic training schedule.
