Some GPS devices and Internet services are unable to locate all buildings on a military installation.
- For a direct route to the Visitor Control Center at the Main Gate: 1303 Pumphrey Drive, Fort Worth, TX 76114
- If your device or service cannot locate that address, use the Installation's Command Building's address: 1510 Chennault Ave.
- Some devices route to the East Gate which has limited hours of operations. If misrouted to the East Gate, go east on Meandering Road until you reach Roberts Cut Off Rd. Turn right on Roberts Cut Off Road. At the stop light, take a right onto River Oaks Blvd./Route 183. Exit right at the FMC Carswell and follow the road to the Main Gate.
From D/FW International Airport: Exit the airport from the south exit. Take ramp onto TX-183 West towards Fort Worth - go 10.7 miles. Continue on I-820 South - go 0.7 miles. Take left fork onto TX-121 South toward Downtown Fort Worth - go 7.1 miles. Take the I-35W (South) left exit toward Waco - go 0.7 mile. Take exit #51 onto I-30 West towards Abilene - go 7.6 miles. Take exit #7B TX-341-Spur TX-183 West - go 0.4 mile. Continue on Alta Mere Drive - go 1.7 miles. Bear right immediately after the Quick Trip (QT) gas station, and continue on Pumphrey Drive toward the Main Gate.
From Interstate 30 East and West: Take exit 7B off I-30 onto Route 183N. Follow 183N for approximately 2 miles. Follow NAS JRB sign around the circle to the main gate after passing through the intersection of 183 and Roaring Springs Rd. QT gas station is located on the corner of this intersection.
From Interstate 20 East and West: Take exit 431 onto Route 183W. Follow 183 for seven miles. Follow NAS JRB sign around the circle to the main gate after passing through the intersection of 183 and Roaring Springs Rd. QT gas station is located on the corner of this intersection.
All visitors are required to stop at the Visitor Control Center before entering the installation. The VCC is located directly to the right of the Main Gate on Pumphrey Drive.
