Cmdr. Mosi’s operational tours were served at Naval Facility Brawdy, Wales; Patrol Squadron FIVE (VP-5), Naval Air Station Jacksonville, FL; USS Dwight D Eisenhower (CVN 69), Naval Station Norfolk, VA; and Patrol Squadron FOUR SEVEN (VP-47), Marine Corps Base Hawaii in Kaneohe, HI.

His shore tours were served at Commander, Patrol and Reconnaissance Force Fifth Fleet Detachment, Naval Support Activity Bahrain; Command and General Staff College, Leavenworth, KS; and at Naval Personnel Command and Naval Support Activity Mid-South, Millington, TN.

Most recently, Cmdr. Mosi served as the Executive Oﬃcer of Executive Oﬃcer at Naval Support Activity Souda Bay in Crete, Greece from October 2020 to Decemeber 2022. Reported as the Commanding Officer of Naval Support Activity Panama City in February 2023.

Cmdr. Mosi has deployed ﬁve times and participated in several Operations to include Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. His personal decorations include the Meritorious Service Medal (3), Navy Commendation Medal (2), Navy Achievement Medal (2), the Good Conduct Medal and various campaign, unit and individual awards. He is married with four daughters.
