NAS Fort Worth JRB Operations is comprised of Air Operations, Air Traffic Control, Ground Electronics Maintenance, Transient Line and Fuels.
The base public safety departments include Fire and Emergency Services, Security and Antiterrorism, Navy Occupational Safety and Health, and Emergency Management.
Base Fire and Emergency Services holds a mutual aid agreement to provide support to Westworth Village, White Settlement, River Oaks, Benbrook, the Lockheed Martin Corporation, and provides automatic aid to the city of Fort Worth.
The base has served as a Continuity of Operations (COOP) Site during numerous hurricane seasons and has sheltered as many as 140 transient aircraft at one time.
