PCS Transfers

Check-out Procedures:

• No one will transfer without a transfer evaluation or extension letter.
• You have 30 days to complete your transfer package upon receiving orders.
• Call 1-877-879-1621 to schedule your sea duty screening or overseas screening appointment.
• Return your transfer package to the PCS Coordinator within 30 days.
• Start working on your transfer evaluation 90 days prior to your transfer date.
• You will receive your check-out card one week prior to your transfer date.
